The Mother Computer is the master computer of the Time Factory, capable of relaying information via speech and sounding alarms when it detects dangerously low time energy levels in other worlds. All gate rooms have a large clock connected to the Mother Computer.

In Blinx: The Time Sweeper

The role of the Mother Computer in the first game is notably the announcements it made in the introduction and ending cutscenes, giving evidence of its advanced speech capabilities.

In the ending cutscene, it announces that World B1Q64 will not be cut off from the Time Factory after Blinx successfully saves the world from destruction.

Alert from Mother Computer:
Danger level exceeded in world B1Q64.
The time monsters are absorbing more energy. They are going to explode and destroy the world.
We must protect the other worlds. B1Q64 will be cut off from the Time Factory. Its supply of time will be forever frozen.
All employees stationed in world B1Q64 exit immediately!
