After completing a level as a Tom Tom, Carlos will assigned you a "game style title" based on your performance. Most of them are vague and Carlos' descriptions give little indication of what the criteria was to earn a specific title. The game is also loose in its awarding of game styles as, for example, you can die two times and still get the "Peerless Pilferer" title. You can't collect them so they have little value but it does show that Tom Toms can go about their missions in different ways.

Body-Cast Burglar
Butt-scratching Burglar “You're rightly famous for your itchy butt.” Remain idle for a long/sufficient time. (The idle animation for the Tom Tom is scratching their butt.)
Deadeye Scoundrel “You’re one accurate pig with a rifle!” Never miss a shot and waste ammo. (In my experience, you can waste a couple shots and still get this rank.)
Lethal Weapon
Lightning Rod “You're pretty easily found.” Set off the alarm numerous times by being detected by Guard Sweepers, cameras or laser traps.
Miserly Thief “You’re greedy about money.” Collect a lot of gold.
Peerless Pilferer “You’re the thief of the century!”
Petty Criminal
Roughneck “You’re a better fighter than you are an eater.”
Slacker Thief
Walking Wounded "You're quite good at dying."
Wild Hooligan "You're a lethal weapon." Earned by killing every single enemy on the map, may require enemies to be taken down in one shot. Can die at least once.
