A Fan Sweeper is a fan-created Time Sweeper character that is integrated into the Blinx universe.

​The character creator in Blinx 2: Masters of Time and Space and the richly populated universe lends itself to the creation of fan characters.The creation and sharing of Fan Sweepers gained more popularity among Blinx Corps members from 2017, though Fan Sweepers have existed since the time of Blinx: The Time Sweeper.

The term ‘Fan Sweeper’ was coined by Blinx fans in 2018. Currently there is no equivalent term for Tom Tom fan characters.
